As GM of the Sonics, I accept. Finley is a rent-a-player for me. He is being acquired to just help my playoff push this year. After this season, he is a free agent and he will not be resigned by me as I wont have the cap space.

Houston gets Gomes, a good young player whose rating will go up and Fred Jones an expiring contract that will help him rebuild. Also gets a pick.
