I accept, losing a top pick in a deep draft and a PG and PF with lots of potential hurts but thats the price I have to pay for a player like Josh Smith

I accept too and here's why
1) Smith becomes a FA next year and I know he'll command a ton of money next year (probably around the 8-10 mil a year range) and I'm trying to get younger and even more cap friendly
2) I feel this draft is very, very deep and a top 4 pick could get me a player of Smith's caliber or better for much less money and they wouldn't become a FA until their 5th year
3) Adding Williams (who strangely keeps upping his rating) gives be a point guard of the future. He is very young and very talented although still a bit raw but the potential is there. He also should be easier to resign next year.
4) Blatche had a good late season run last year (real life) and he is also still very young and has a ton of upside and could be a key contributor as early as next year.

After thinking about it I'll accept, the pick is the 3rd overall if I'm correct and Atlanta will be able to get a very good player with that pick.

I accept. Josh Smith is one of the best young players in the league, but acquiring the 3rd overall pick is a deff mike conley/al horford guarantee.
Good trade.
This trade is on hold unyil Philly is ok'ed in his salary thread. I will do it tonight.

I will also accept this trade. It is good enough to be accepted. If the game progresses the players correctly, a top 4 pick should easily be a 84 ranked player in a couple years which Smith is right now. However, Smith is 21 or 22 right now, which some of the guys in this draft are that age also...not the guys that will be top 4, but he's still really young also and already an 84.
Still, I'll accept.
EDIT: clarity of wording

Oden is a 82, so a 4th overall would probably be in the 75-76 range ala Horford and Conley
