Juan Dixon(67) 2,550,000 Sam Cassell(73) 6,150,000 Shavlik Randolph(64) 1,080,000 Sasha Vujacic(68) 1,756,952 Antonio Mcdyess(78) 6,373,900 and he hs a 15 man roster LOL I am talking about Denver. He has a 13 man roster. With that trade he would now have 17 players, you can have 15 max. MB thought u meant Charlotte... LOL

Cap space is overrated in sim leagues. Free agents are few and far between, at least good ones are. Im not a big fan of trading superstars for cap space. No mater how bad the contract is. Kidd is still a top tier PG. His value is immensely higher than 20 mill in cap space. Kidd is averaging 13 points, 4 rebounds, and 6 assists, not huge numbers. Also this free-agent class could be deep and have big names in it.

No use of trading a top tier PG for hope. Thats pretty much what it comes down to. Hoping the guy DEN wants doesn't get resigned.

All I am saying is his production doesn't match his salary. It's a risk in anything you do. Making trades is a risk, how do you know chemistry wise it will work. Look at Maggette on Toronto. That was a risk that didn't work out. If he wants to take the risk, it's his choice. If people want to reject the trade go ahead, but it is kind of annoying when people tell you how to run your team. If he wants to take the risk of going after free-agents, so be it and good luck to him.

I need to look out for my league. I cant have unbalanced rosters like last season. Thats how teams like Houston come about.

I hear what your saying, but his roster still contains Chris Bosh and Yao Ming, and now he picks up $21,000,000 in cap space to go after free agents like Josh Smith, Dwight Howard, Al Jefferson, Andre Igoudola, Monta Ellis, Jose Calderon. Not saying all those players will be available, but my point is there will be some good players that put along side of Bosh and Ming can form a nice team.

Very true. Its not as crippling because he still has the 2 bigs to build around.
IDK. I will sleep on it. Just not a huge fan of superstars for cap space. I will think about it though.

The only way I would accept this is if free agency was about to start and their were some players worth going after but most likely all the big name FA to be will get resigned

I probably won't accept it either unless there's a player out there worth Kidd that can't get re-signed and Denver could pick up.

At this point I'll reject it also...we just don't know what will be out there for Free Agency...and besides I have like 40 million in cap space so I'll likely get 2 or 3 of them anyway!!! haha just playin
but really,
REJECT

yeh this trade is a bit off to my liking, and as seattle said you dont want un-balanced teams, then everyone will either leave (of the team with the weak roster) or just not be active enough, so if i were voting id reject also, keep kidd and see maybe you can strike up a better deal for him.
