my team will most likely be pretty good this year so my pick won't be that high. Horry adds depth and height to my team which lacks both. I lose a first round pick but gain an average player who can improve my team . I still stay under cap
I accept, good doing business with u DET.

I don't really understand this trade for S.A. Horry is 37 and in the last year of his deal. I think that S.A. is going to struggle this season and that pick could be around 10th or so. You basically traded a top 10 pick to have Horry for one season, because it is very possible Horry could retire at seasons end. Just my 2 cents. Also isn't Horrys contract worth $3,630,000, atleast that is what it says on your salary chart.

I want to win now! horry gives me veteran expierience and savvy. his expiring contract works for me because then I can give him a worthy salary depending on how well he plays this season which hopefully is well. and he gives me SIZE which if u look at my roster i need it bad!

Diogu should not be your starting SF. He should be backing up at either power foward or center, and you should start Bowen or Brewer at SF. So all you really need size wise is a back-up center. Why trade a first round pick for Horry, when you could go sign someone in free-agency and not have to get rid of a first round pick. Also you have to take into consideration Horry could very well retire after this season. You may not have an option to re-sign him, he is 37 years old and will be 38 entering next season. He may not want to play into his 40's. But it is your team so best of luck to you.

Also if you need size. Why not re-sign Dale Davis or Melvin Ely. You have til tomorrow to re-sign players. If you re-signed those guys you have 3 guys with size on your bench (Diogu, Davis, and Ely).

I reject
San Antonio, trust me, you arent going to win this year. The west is really deep and you will be lucky to get into the playoffs.
This is the total opposite of what you told me via pm yesterday. You said you want to get younger and accumulate picks. Now all of a sudden you trade a pick for a 37 year old veteran who hasn't even played a game this year and is close to retiring. Just doesn't make sense.

I will reject, I think the upcoming draft is deeper than the last one and that pick looks to be a lottery pick. I would accept though, if Horry wasn't a freaking grampa.

ok maybe i was wrong. SEA i'm not trying to tell you one thing do another but horry is a vet which i need some vet savvy and size and i wasn't aware he hadn't played all year. and i didn't mean win it all but win games i know i'm not going to win this year.
