i could have sworn that PHO was over the salary cap already so I am not sure whether this trade is even legal/none the less in Phoenix favor at all. I would like explanations and a ruling on whether it is even allowed salary-wise

he is over 65 but i think you can go to 72 million with some rules

id say these players are pretty insignificant anyways, so i wont stop it on unfair grounds, i just wanted to be sure salaries work out alright
