I agree to this trade because of a few reasons. I am getting Kaman's very Large and lengthy contract off the books. This will allow me to be a bigger player in the Free Agent market. Also, I get only sweetney's expiring contract, which helps with Free Agency and for signing the draft picks i'm getting. I'm doing a youth movement and making room in my salary, so this deal is just what i'm looking for.

i honestly dont think ur allowed to trade 2009 draft choices til after the draft..........

oh, he proposed it so I went with it, let me know I guess...I don't see it on a first glance through the rules of the league, but maybe I'm missing it.

I'm pretty sure you can trade draft picks up until 3 years.

Can only trade 2007 and 2008 picks
