DET and CLE are final contenders, thank you to GSW and MIL but Linas wants his money.
Linas will offer DET a chance to alter his offer or make a case why he should accept less and play for DET. Linas will offer CLE a chance to argue why he should rather sign with them over DET
You both have 24 hours before his decision is made.

First off we added 2 million dollars to the deal. We also want to state that he will be the primary SF coming off the bench and he will be our 6th man. Lastly, we offer him a much better chance at a championship and think he would fit real well.

The Cavaliers upped their previous offer to Mr. Kleiza, and upon his signing, will be the Cavaliers 6th man on their squad. The Cavaliers would like to point out that although on paper Detroit looks like the better team on paper and will have more wins, how much realistic playing time should Mr. Kleiza expect on a team where he is backing up a perennial all-star and the best player on the team, Paul Pierce?
The biggest reason, however, that Mr. Kleiza should sign with the Cavaliers, is money. Mr. Kleiza is not a player on the downside of his career looking for a ring, he is a player that is coming to the prime of his playing career, and should look to harness the best situation where he can improve, and make more money in the process. And he will find that in a classy organization such as the Cleveland Cavaliers.

Yes, we have an all-star at SF. But he is aging and sooner than later will retire, You have a young SF who has plenty of years ahead of him and could turn into a real solid player. Kleiza will have a chance to develop behind PP and could turn into a starter, he also has a PO at the end.

While Linas would like to win a ring one day, he is still very young and CLE is offering nearly double the money.
Linas thanks DET for his offer and time but has decided to sign with CLE.
