We would like to offer Mr. Johnson a 3 year 1.5 million dollar deal minnimum contract.
Year 1-$500,000 Year 2-$500,000 Year 3-$500,000
Total:$1,000,000
Anthony will be coming off the bench and has a great chance to win a ring.

If anyone thinks they might have any interest in Anthony, they had better offer by the end of today, or at least express interest. Otherwise, he will accept Detroit's offer.

The Houston Rockets would like to match the offer put in by the Detroit Pistons...
2 years, $1,000,000
Year 1 $500,000 Year 2 $500,000
The Rockets would like for Anthony to be the backup pg for this team

Alright, here's the decision. Both teams have great PG's (Arenas - 86 and CP3 - 90). The playing time should be very similar.
The decision comes down to Detroit offering that 3rd year player option for Anthony, the fact that his bench is less deep currently than Houston's (so maybe a tad more PT), and also that Detroit's team is more well-rounded right now, so a little better shot at a title.
Mr. Johnson signs with the Pistons.
