The Los Angeles Clippers would like to offer a 4 year contract to C.J. Miles worth $8,000,000.
Year 1: $1,500,000 Year 2: $2,000,000 Year 3: $2,000,000 Year 4: $2,500,000
We feel C.J. is a nicely developing player who will immediately be in contention for our backup SG job. If he continues to work on his game and develop, he could be our starting SG next season.

Updated to 4 year, 8 Mil guaranteed.
BTW, CJ is currently our #1 priority in this FA class.
We also ask CJ to consider that while he may, technically, have a chance at competing for a starting SG spot in Denver, the Nuggets seem very committed to DeMar DeRozan, as he is the only other player in Denver's signature. Our guess is DeMar has the edge in the starting SG spot.
And Lastly, we remind CJ that he has a shot to be starting SG for us next year, and would be primary backup SG this year.

Updated: 4 years/8 mill
Promise: CJ Miles Will be our starting SG at the start of the Season. If he outplays Demar in that role he would remain a starter.

CJ has decided to sign with the LAC. CJ does not trust that he will have a legitimate chance to start over Demar Derozan after DEN has repeatedly exclaimed how much he loves him.

Curry is my starting PG this year and the future. At SG right now it's Foye, with Miles Backup if this signing sticks. Next year Foye is gone. If Miles works hard enough (IRL and rating goes up to where it would need to be) he'd be my starting SG.
