Since neither team has Francisco as their #1 priority, he would like to wait until a team shows more interest in him before officially negotiating.

Francisco knows that while the market for him is thin, he's worth more than the league minimum. Please try and up the offer a little.

Lakers, Francisco would like to know where would you play him if he were to sign with your team.
As for Houston and Boston, if he were to pick between the two, he'd sign with Houston. Francisco is a scorer and his value would be greatly increased if he were playing with CP3. On the other hand, Boston already has a significant amount of scorers.
Right now, Francisco is deciding between Los Angeles and Houston, based on what his role in L.A. will be. Boston can get back in the race if more incentives were added.

Francisco Garcia will be our back-up SG/SF and our 6th man/starting SF. We will allow Garcia and our recent FA signee Shannon Brown to fight for a spot in the starting line-up if Brown wins he will start at SG (with KB at SF), and Garcia being our first man off the bench (6th man) if Garcia wins the starting job he will be our starting SF (with KB starting at SG as usual). We offer him 2 incentives, 6th man or starting small forward.

If Francisco can be guaranteed the starting SF spot for at least one whole season, he will sign with the Lakers right away. As much as he loves what he can do in Boston and Houston, playing with two of the greatest players of the decade and competing for a title isn't an opportunity that comes around too often.
