The Bucks offer their full MLE of $5,000,000 to Hakim Warrick__20 million_ for 4 years, totaling $5,000,000
The Bucks need a guy like Warrick who can come off the bench and play either forward position providing a spark off our bench. With a core of Wade and Boozer he will definitely have an opportunity to win a title.
Year 1 $76187034 Year 2 $53952225 Year 3 $16450000 Year 4 $16000000

Hey man, you need to have an updated Salary Chart before you can make any moves at all...trades or signings.

fair warning that the Magic not only will offer all remaining cap if the baron signing goes through but also are willing to make moves to clear more cap to sign Hakim. He and Baron were our only targets this off-season and the love and affection we have for Syracuse should NOT be overlooked. We are a title contender and have a huge need for big man depth off the bench. Hakim would be one of the first off the bench.
We figured that Hakim should know how valuable he is/would be to us

We would like to officially offer Hakim "Hak-a-wak" Warrick the following:
4 years $19 million
2009-2010: $4,000,000 2010-2011: $5,000,000 2011-2012: $5,000,000 2012-2013: $5,000,000 (Team Option)
2009-2010: $59,950,950 (After Hakim signing)
We believe Hakim is a perfect fit to the Orlando Magic for the following reasons:
1) Dedicated to Syracuse and the advancement of the Orange in the NBA. Our future is closely tied with Syracuse and we are giving Hakim the chance to re-unite with fellow national champion Carmelo Anthony. 2) We are in desperate need of a big man off the bench with skills and Hakim is exactly that. Outside of Hakim, we have very little depth at the PF position and would love to see him in Orlando 3) Money wise we are offering as much as we can afford and if money is the problem we would urge Hakim to hold off on accepting another offer while we show our dedication and clear whatever cap would be necessary. 4) Our contract is a 4 year deal which should demonstrate our commitment to him as a player and integral part of our team, as opposed to a temporary one year loaner. 5) As compared to Hakim's other offer, we are far more prepared to make a run at the title with a better balance and more star power.

Just a technicality, you are only offering a 3 year, $14,000,000 contract, with an additional, possible, Team Option for $5,000,000 in the 4th year.
Hakim still likes the offer a good amount, but will be waiting to see any other offers.

Ok, if no more offers come in for Hakim, he will be accepting ORL's offer by the end of the day. MIL, you will need to update your offer to have the slightest chance to get Hakim. Right now it looks like he would be the primary backup PF type off the bench for either team, but ORL's team is better overall, so his chances of winning are higher. He also does like the camaraderie of playing with the numerous ex-Cuse players, and enjoys the Orlando area as well, compared to Milwaukee.
Seeing as ORL is offering a better chance at winning, more money or at least way more stability, and that unique Cuse-Connection, he is the easy choice right now.
If no more offers come in today, he will accept ORL's offer.
Thank you.
