Year 1: $5,000,000 Year 2: $6,000,001 Year 3: $8,000,000 (to) Year 4: $9,000,000
TOTAL: $28,000,001 over 4 years
Team Salary: 09/10: $66,439,737 10/11: $15,854,501 11/12: $8,500,000 12/13: $9,000,000
Andre Miller only received $22 million in real life... even though the first year might look small, its so we can re-sign Anthony Parker to bring back all the members of our playoff team, we added on an extra year because we want him around for the long-run as our starting PG on a contending team.

I'm not your player agent, but I am A player agent...your team salaries need to include the contract of Miller, if he signs the offer posted. Just a heads up.

Alright, Sorry for the wait. Andre was on vacation. But now lets get negotiating. Andre likes that the contract increases every year but we need more money. He is a 80+ PG. Raymond Felton is getting 7 mil his first year. Andre is gonna need to be equal to or higher. Here is our counter-offer. Andre also wants to take the TO out in the 3rd year, but with us taking more money we will give you a TO in year 4. Year 1: $7,000,000 Year 2: $7,000,000 Year 3: $8,000,000 Year 4: $9,000,000(TO)
TOTAL: $31,000,000 over 4 years

Would Andre be okay with 31 mill, just arranged differently over the first couple years?
So,
Year 1: $5,500,001 Year 2: $6,500,001 Year 3: $8,499,999 Year 4: $10,499,999 (TO)
TOTAL: $31,000,000

Just another note, in general. Your offer is not for 31 million if there is a TO in it. You're really offering a 3 year, 20,500,001 contract, with a 10,499,999 option in it. The PA here made the same mistake, but TO's are obviously not guaranteed money, so we usually don't phrase it that you're offering that much.

If the money is going to be backloaded then the TO is going to have to be takin out

or
Year 1: $5,500,001 Year 2: $6,500,001 Year 3: $8,499,999 Year 4: $10,499,999
