The Portland Trailblazers would like to offer Martell this contract. We feel he is an integral piece to our hopes for a run at the NBAL Championship. Brandon Roy will start at the 2 and Corey Maggette will start at the 3. But off the bench Martell will be a valuable swingman who spells both players off the bench. Martell is also young and only is going to get better and we would like to keep him in Portland for a run at the title.
