The Los Angeles Lakers have agreed in principle to a trade with the Los Angeles Clippers in which the Lakers will send Andrew Bogut in a SIGN AND TRADE as well as the draft rights to Ty Lawson to the Los Angeles Clippers for the draft rights of Brandon Jennings. With the Clippers he has a chance to be a star and be the man on the team and also he has a loaded team of excellent role players that can help him get to the playoffs and on the long term win a championship.

My client regrets that the Lakers are going to trade him, but loves the fact he gets to stay at Staples. My client has 2 beefs with the contract...
#1: My clients wants to make 8 figures every year, if you could make year 2 and year 3 $10,000,000 or more that would be a start.
#2: My client would like a player option after this year, Mr. Bogut was the #1 overall pick in 2005 and feels like he could become an elite post player in this league at anytime. While this isn't a bad offer it will give him the power to opt if he puts up huge #'s on a bad Clipper team, and will also give him a chance to evaluate the young Clippers after this year.
Though my client wants a ring and would be happier with the Lakers, The Clippers GM is an impressive figure and has done wonders for the organization. Also having no center helps the decision, Mr. Bogut would be happy to put on the Clippers uniform for at least one year.

Mr. Bogut is happy to be apart of the Clippers, he accepts, and looks forward to beating the Lakers at Staples.
