If Cleveland doesn't have to worry about re-signing players for the next 3-4 years, he would make out like a bandit, as he's taking on 2 not so nice contracts. Other than the fact that Minny has a homo man crush on Ray-Ray, it's ok, but not all that good. He has to re-sign J.R. now, as well as Gordon. While giving up an improving SF, and a C/PF capable of starting in sim leagues.

Bah, Cleveland gets better . Should be a tough series against him in the playoffs. Short term, this deal looks very good for the Cavs, improves his starting 5 drastically, Curry allows Brand to move back to PF and Butler is a huge upgrade over JR at SF. Taking the contracts of Hudson and Gadzuric will most certainly cost him Brand in the off-season, he was heading into the off-season with 8 mil of cap and now gains even more salaries next season, unless Cleveland can pull off some moves in the off-season, Brand is pretty much gone. As for Minny, I'd take Butler over Allen any day of the week and twice on Sunday. Getting rid of Hudson and Gadz was solid though.
