Like this trade for the Grizzlies a lot more. Sim wise- I'd take Odom over JJ anyday. JJ wasn't working out in Memphis at all so good on Memphis for getting rid of him. Grizzlies can now put out a frontcourt of Gay-Odom-Gasol which would be a matchup nightmare for any team. This trade probably makes the Celtics frontcourt one of the worst in the league, Turiaf and Barnes . Although a trio of JJ-Durant-Calderon can be deadly in a few years.

I voted for Memphis. Odom's a great player and can create, rebound, as well as scoring. He gets rid of JJ, who just filled up his guard rotation even more, while not contributing as much as Odom can. Williams has more potential than Turiaf.
