It's easy to say that Dallas is the clear cut winner. Lewis is better than almost every category except his contract. Randolph and Marbury are about equal, but the fact the Marbury isn't even playing now doesn't help. I'd say Portland won the Diop-Ridnour part.

To be honest, don't like this trade for either sides, Dallas trades his best defender and replaces him with Z-Bo at C. He's gonna get killed there on the defensive end. A Dirk-Randolph frontcourt better hope to outscore the other team cause they're not gonna be able to stop them on the defensive end. Maggette-Lewis isn't bad.
Portland could have gotten a better package for Lewis-Randolph.
