Rockets trade:
Rodney Stuckey 69 $1,376,900 $1,480,200 $1,583,500 $2,345,164
Rockets get:
Spurs 1st round pick 09
Total outgoing: $1,376,900 Total incoming: $0
Spurs trade:
1st round pick 09
Spurs get:
Rodney Stuckey 69 $1,376,900 $1,480,200 $1,583,500 $2,345,164
Total outgoing: $0 Total incoming: $1,376,900 ----------------------------------------------------------------------------
Houston got raped in this deal, Stuckey is one of the better players to come out of the 07 draft IMO. 09 is still far away and who knows what the Spurs will look like in a few years? Trading Stuckey is not worth that risk. Also Houston trades away one of their key players in their rebuilding process

Spurs, it's hardly close. Stuckey by then will have experience by the time of the draft and the Spurs pick will be mid-ish. Philly says everything else.

Spurs, even if Stuckey ends up being just an above average player theirs a very slim chance the Rockets will get someone as good as him with the pick
