I accept...I'm rebuilding this team and scola will definately help down low, as I can move Marv to SFHaywood's game has picked up a lot this season. I have plenty of cap room for this deal to work.

I accept.
Scola is a good player don't get me wrong but I already have Noah as my future C. I clear up massive amounts of salary in this deal while also getting a good C in return.

Interesting.
SAC, do you think Scola is that much better than Haywood where you would take on all that extra salary? For a rebuilding team, you'd think you would be shedding salary. Id like to hear your thinking behind taking on Mohammad's contract.

Unless I'm misunderstanding something the red salary is for a team option so Sac isn't taking much on in terms of Nazr Mohammed. I think Scola is better then Haywood but even if you argue that then SAC is just going to need to resign Haywood at the end of the upcoming season to similar money Scola is making now. I think this is better for the Kings but it's not bad for Philly so I accept.

Interesting. SAC, do you think Scola is that much better than Haywood where you would take on all that extra salary? For a rebuilding team, you'd think you would be shedding salary. Id like to hear your thinking behind taking on Mohammad's contract. I have a plan in place w another trade later that will bring a better C to the team than Haywood. Scola will play PF for the team instead of C. Rebuilding isn't a 1 season process, yes I add Mohammed to the team for this season, but I don't plan to pick up his TO next year. I have 5 players next season w TO's/expiring contracts to include Nazr. That will leave me somewhere in the area of 30M in cap room (IF I pick up all TO's, which isn't a guarantee) to continue the process. I have picks 2, 5 and 13 this season along w 2 1st's next season.
