Players like Paul will never hit free-agency. It's like Howard this year, teams will either find someone to trade them cap space or they will trade the player knowing they can't re-sign them. Cap space is one of the most over-rated things in a sim-league. There are unfortunately not real bright GM's who will offer horrible contracts to players that either makes it to where you have to severely over pay to get a good player or just keep your cap going into the next season.

Thats true...players like CP3 have like 85% from getting resigned...Paul might be expiring and will get a monster salary but he is still the best PG, so NOH can trade him for someone as good as him.
