and if it were me, id just wait til CP3 next season and max him out, pure and simple, just buy a cheapish PG this season, go into a losing run and then buy buy buy!

After our colleagues did some research, it appears that theoretically, the Miami Heat can only offer about 83 mil over 5 years, not 85 mil over 5 years!

still tho realistically Miami is going to do everything to get Harris...so if it take 83 u gotta blame the other bidders too.
