Reports from Utah suggest that their GM is packaging both the 13th and 18th pick to possibly move up. Anyone that's interested is highly reckoned to contact the GM to negociate.
The GM did not particularly comment on this except his said he was looking for a pick from 4-10 with additional players or 2nd rounders added.
