Morris Peterson future?
"There is still hope" said Chris Bosh today but around the Toronto Raptors locker room today was very glommy. The Toronto Raptors are having a awful season this year and are hoping that New GM of the Toronto Raptors can help this team be a playoff team in the season 2007/2008. The GM of the Toronto Raptors have been watching the play of his players and to see who will be going and leaving. The Free Agents for this year, are the following
Morris Peterson
Darrick Martin
Pape Sow
Uros Slokar
Of what i heard from the locker room is that Darrick Martin, Pape Sow, and Uros Slokar will NOT be returning for next year. The question now is all about Morris Peterson (longest serving raptor). IMO the Toronto Raptors may let him go, since they want to rebuild. The Raptors have a great Point Gaurd as in T.J Ford, great shooting gaurd, in Parker, but will try and fill in that Small Foward roll. The raptors have around 15 million to spend this off season on players. Watch for the raptors to make a big move for a big player.
