First off I'd like to say that today was my HS graduation so from this point on I am officially done with HS and getting ready for College.
But my main question is how do you really enjoy or celebrate your graduation day.
After the ceremony was done I took a few pictures and all but really didn't feel like I finally finished a JOURNEY type thing so we should rejoice and celebrate like when people do when a team wins a Superbowl or something.
It just felt normal to me in a way because in a way my goal and mission is still incomplete which is COLLEGE/UNIVERSITY and until you finish that part of your life it really kind of felt hollow and empty inside.
Not saying I didn't enjoy it but it just felt hollow cause there are still things left to be done.

High School sucks other than sports, there is no celebration (at least to me.) Try to get a job or whatever, and get ready for college.

Graduating from high school really meant nothing to me, it's not like it was in the past were getting done with it signifies the end of your learning because you need to go to college to get a good job now. I'm pretty sure graduating from college will be a lot better then high school.

Oh man let me tell you boys something, the last thing you do (sport that you care about) after that school goes by SO slow. I did football and basketball, that was my main passion.s...I mean I put on the track spikes and tried but meh wasn't very good lol. After basketball (and last 2 games we beat the 2nd place District team and almost beat the undefeated champion, we were 3-7 in district) it was HORRIBLE! If you aren't into any sports I'd get a job and only go half the day, HS f**king blows.

lol i don't know about you guys but i love high school... The people i meet and the people I interact with on a daily basis... I'm gonna miss it. Especially in my case, where my high school is a small Christian high school... So you know a lot of people and everyone knows you... You can get away with a lot of things and the workload isn't too bad... Plus its gone by so fast... Can't believe i'm a senior next year

I think it's really exciting at a college graduation then HS cause just like elementary and middle school it's just there it's okay you are going up to next level. BUT WHEN IT'S COLLEGE then you REALLY feel that JOY about graduating.

Yeah i am in the real world, graduated high school in '02 and college in '07. I like working and buying my own shit (house, truck, etc) but i would go back to high school in a second where you dont have to worry about anything but sports, girls, and beer....haha

Agreed HOU. Im not in the real world yet (1 semester of school left), but I would go back to high school in a second. There was no stress at all. College is 100% more difficult on the body and im sure working is even more stressful than college.
