Do you really expect a 40 year old QB to do better than Tony Homo?
I hate Romo but Brad is way past his prime

Vinny did it last year (sort of) with Carolina and Griese, Collins, and Ferrotte (all old) have all had success this year. Todd Collins lead the Redskins to the playoffs last year, he may not last (behind our line he has a chance but he is older, that was Vinny's main problem was when he got hit) but while he's healthy and upright I'm saying it right now. BRAD JOHNSON GIVES THE COWBOYS THE BEST CHANCE TO WIN THE FOOTBALL GAME, HE WON'T TURN THE BALL OVER.
I do give you props though DET for having Romo, I know we disagree at times but hating Romo is like the measure of a man.

Charlotte, you will soon find out that the only way to make big plays is to throw the ball deep. And when you throw it deep, turnovers are going to happen. The Cowboys offense is going to suffer big time. Yea, Brad wont turn it over, but he also wont be a threat in the deep passing game. That means 8 or 9 in the box to stop Marion Barber. Cowboys go 1-3 in the 4 games Romo is out and T.O. will be back to being the headcase he is becasue he wont get the ball.
Just my 2 cents

It's going to change the play calling but I believe Brad (like Ferrotte and Collins this year) can throw the ball deep when they start putting 8 in the box. That is what Romo COULDN'T DO, our play calling is horrible. We are awesome when we use Romo like the Titans use Collins or the Vikes use Ferrotte, but Jason Garrett doesn't get that. He will HAVE to use Brad Johnson like that and he can make a play to T.O. Until then stop our running game, we have the best line and best tandem in the league. Felix needs more carries anyways and Witten will be a HUGE factor in the new play calling, I love it. Maybe even some 2 TE's and use Martellus Bennett more he is a beast.

You seem overly optimistic. I guess its a wait and see type of thing.

Well I watch Romo every Sunday and ask anyone who knows me and talks football with me, I BLAME TONY ROMO FOR THE DOWNFALL OF THE COWBOYS IN THE PLAYOFFS!!!!!!!!!
I say we have a top 10 D, the best Oline, a top 2 WR, a top 2 TE, and the best RB duo in the league....any bum can play QB for us as long as they have poise. Romo has NO poise, anyone could put up stats for us and until we get rid of him we will NEVER win the big one...maybe not even a playoff game. We will probably win a playoff game someday, but Chicago Bears/Baltimore Raven style with the D and special teams. That's why I wanted Brady Quinn so bad and cried when he was traded, even though Felix is a beast!

Lol, I can't imagine a Cowboy fan being happy that Romo is out. I should ask my teacher about it (he's a Cowboy fan), but I don't see him for another week, so I reckon I'll forget.

He doesn't suck. He plays like Favre and everyone knows that can be both good and bad. He needs to protect the football more when he's moving the pocket and not throwing it. If he can get time (which he didn't against Arizona) he'll be good but when WR's aren't getting open in time and he's forced out of the pocket bad things are going to happen. If Nick Folk makes that 20 yard field goal right before halftime the Cowboys have a chance to win the game late instead of tie the game. I'm not excusing them for that terrible loss b/c with the talent the Cowboys have a loss like that just shouldn't happen. Hopefully Brad Johnson a.) stays healthy and b.) holds onto the ball. The bigger story is Pacman. Not sure how you get suspended when there isn't even a police report or even questioning of him by the police but the commish does what he wants. With Newman and Roy Williams (DB not WR) out too, the season might be over.

Roy Williams doesn't even start and we have 1st round pick Michael Jenkins at CB so it's not like we are screwed.
CB's Jenkins/Henry S's Davis/Hamlin
not the best lineup but still better than say the Texans secondary.

Henry got burned a lot last game and he has definitely lost a step. Scandrick is now our 3rd corner. He has talent but he isn't ready for that much playing time. Maybe Ogelsby will be resigned b/c he played well in preseason and was one of the bright spots in camp. One of the deepest positions on the team has taken a major hit.
