The Houston Rockets Organization would also like to offer Mr. Childress a contract....
5 years $20,000,000
Year 1: $4,000,000 Year 2: $4,000,000 Year 3: $4,000,000 Year 4: $4,000,000 Year 5: $4,000,000

This organization would love to have Mr. Childress on this team. He will fit in well with this organization, and would love to play with the talented youth that we have on this team. We would offer Mr. Childress the backup SF role and the 6th man role as well, and feel that he would be a very vital first option off the bench. He is exactly what this teams needs as it continues to build out of the hole that it was previously in. Josh's energy off of the bench will be crucial to this teams success. We have offered him a long term deal with five years of guaranteed money, and we feel that in a couple of years this team could be one to watch for. We hope to hear from his agent soon.

we would once again like to tell our client that having a chance to take part of a team that would most likely be one of the best in the west and a contender and a team that is hungry for a championship would be absolutely perfect for one's career. And we have the guys who are hungry for a championship. Kidd and Camby as veterans would like to join together the "deserving" who can play for the mavericks for their quest for a title. These two veterans would like to experience what it is like to become nba champions. So with the help of mr. childress the whole mavericks management would be honored to let mr. childress play for our team.

We have modified our promises by offering Childress the 6th man role. We feel that he would be a great option off the bench and would provide this team with great energy.
We feel that this organization would be perfect for Josh as he would be able to mesh with young and talented guys just like himself. He will be a part of this organization's quick rebuilding stage. Alot of organizations go through rebuilding stages with young players, but we feel that our situation is unique in that out rebuilding stage has come quite rapidly. With young quality starters this team should have its own shot at a playoff run this year, and deep playoff runs in the years to come. We feel like this culture would be great for Josh and that this locker room atmosphere would be perfect for him.
We have offered him a contract with 5 years guaranteed money and feel that this is the commitment that he needs. We look forward to hearing from Mr. Childress's agent.

what is Josh looking for in an offer? He would like to get an offer in which he can start. And if that's not possible, hes looking for a deal that is 5 years-20 million with a player option in year 3.

The Hawks organization would like to offer Mr. Childress
Year 1: $4,000,000 Year 2: $4,000,000 Year 3: $4,000,000 Year 4: $4,000,000 Year 5: $4,000,000
Team Salary Year 1: $56,752,909 Team Salary Year 2: $42,778,518 Team Salary Year 3: $42,100,000 Team Salary Year 4: $24,500,000 Team Salary Year 5: $76,000,000
5 years / 20 million
We can't guarantee a starting job (unless Davis doesn't sign) for your client but he will be the first G/F off the bench and his addition to an already improved Hawks team should solidify a playoff appearance to end the long playoff drought for this franchise. He will be the glue guy and if he performs as expected (or beyond) he will be heavily rewarded, financially, if he opts out.

The Rockets Organization has matched the 5 years, 20 million dollars that the Hawks have offered.
We feel like this would be a better fit for Mr. Childress, as he will be the 6th man here. Hope to here from the agent soon
