The Suns would like to offer Stephon a 1 year deal worth 6 million. And with the right attitude then 2 years 12 million.
Year 1: 6 million year 2: 6 million (team option)
We would love to have stephon come in and back up mike bibby where stephon would get plenty of playing time. We know stephon has alot of off court issues but we feel he can work them out in PHX were he was successful at one point in time. The team option is if he plays decent and stays out of trouble we would love to have him back but if things dont work out he gets his 6 million and can bounce. This is a legit playoff team and with stars such as Carmelo J.Smith Granger , marbury wont be the focus and can stay out of the media.
Our cap after this would be 66.5 million... basically 67 million.

If I remember correctly the TOs arent guaranteed money so they dont count in the total (I'm not sure tough) ...

The Wizards would like to offer Stephon their full MLE for 2 years totaling $10,000,000 plus another year worth $4,000,000 combined to a make 3 year contract worth $14,000,000.
Year 1: $5,000,000 Year 2: $5,000,000 Year 3: $4,000,000
TOTALS: Year 1: 76,129,650 Year 2: 80,391,105 Year 3: 47,190,309
If Stephon would play for the Wizards he would be our starting PG and would get most of the playing time at the position which I think he would love. He would also have the chance to lead my team to its best season in the past 3 years.

We would just like to inform Stephon and his agent that we will be placing an offer for him to become our starting point guard if we cannot sign Devin Harris to a contract. So, if Stephon likes Miami, we encourage you to wait on signing a contract until you see if we will be offering you one.

We renounce our offer as marbury dosnt know wha he wants to do and wants to wait so long. And his agent has not said anything. We wish him good luck.

The Miami Heat would like to offer Stephon Marbury a contract, which we are almost sure he will accept
Year 1: $5,000,000 Year 2: [red]$5,000,000[/red] Year 3: [red]$5,000,000[/red]
Stephon would come into our organization and be the starting point guard. He would be playing with Ray Allen, Shane Battier, Carlos Boozer, and Tyson Chandler. We think this is a great opportunity for Starbury, and we believe his career can be revived here. But, we want team options in the last two years, just in case we can't change his attitude or if it just isn't working out.

Phoenix, though he has off-the-court issues, he thinks he is still capable of starting, and would prefer to start than to come off the bench. So he probably wouldn't have signed with you anyways.
Washington, Stephon thinks Miami's situation is better suited for him, so your offer would have to beat out Miami's.
Miami, if the last 2 years of his contract are going to be TO's, he would like the 1st year contract total to be higher, to give him some insurance.

We believe that we are the ones that need the insurance, not Stephon. If he comes out and produces like he is capable of, and isn't a problem in the locker room, then we will pick up his contract.
Year 1: $5,500,000 Year 2: [red]$5,000,000[/red] Year 3: [red]$5,000,000[/red]
We have given him an extra $500,000 here. We do not want to go any higher because we still are trying to build our bench with other free agents. If Stephon thinks he can get a better offer somewhere, then he doesn't have to accept this one. But, I think we both know that this situation and contract is about as good as it is going to come. We hope Stephon joins our team.

Well, seeing as Washington cannot exceed the MLE and offer more, Stephon will sign with Miami and looks forward to helping them contend for a title.
