We would like to offer Bruce Bowen this contract:
Offer: $7,200,000 for 5 years
Year 1 = 500,000 Year 2 = 1,000,000 (PO) Year 3 = 1,500,000 Year 4 = 2,000,000(PO) Year 5 = 2,200,000
Total Salaries:
2008/2009 = $67,25,4560 2009/10 = $36,934,380 2010/11= $21,936,260 2011/12 = 2,500,000 2012/12 = $2,200,000
Bowen would be our back up SG/SF, he has a nice experience and experience is a important factor for a team to win a championship even if its in ur bench, and Bowen would be a great bench player that would be a nice starter if someone gets injured but either way he will get a nice PT... we add the POs in case that he want to search for something better

So my offer can stay there forever that the PA wont accept? if no one offered for him in 24 hours I would have to get at least some advantage or something

The bidding just started yesterday. First off OKC just said there is no such rule. Secondly, he has already said that in the first few days of bidding it could be much longer than 24 hours before anything gets said about your offer since there are so many players starting to be bid on.

He didnt say that it could be longer than 24 (at least I dont see where he said that) he just said that I would beed to wait for the PA...

He wants to give everyone a chance to put in any bids they want before offers being accepted. Wait another day or 2, then offers should be getting accepted.
And IIRC, the 24 hour rule only applies to RSFA.

NJ. Why are you talking as if im not even here or that I cant see this thread? PM me if you have a problem.
Yes, I stated that in the shoutbox and many people probably didnt see it. I just want to give everyone a chance to bid that wants to bid. Being the 1st to bid has no advantages nor does having an offer stand for 24 hours.

Im not talking like that, Im saying that here cuz I was answering LAC... and I didnt mean that whoever bids 1st should have some advantage, I meant that if thats the only bid for MORE than 24 hours than that should be some advantage cuz it seems like no one else is interested in that player...

Understandable^
We feel like Bruce is still worth more than the league minimum in his 1st year. Yes, he is extremely disappointed in the fact no one else has shown any interest, but we do appreciate you showing interest iin our client. He's your for the taking if you can come up with a 10 million dollar contract. If not, we will leave this open for a while as we are not happy with your current offer.
