The San Antonio Spurs organization would like to offer a contract extension to Andre Iguadala but the unfortunate thing is that Andre will not be back as a member of the Spurs. He has been agreed to traded to the Rockets where he will be paired with Josh Smith and a very nice nucleus of talent if signed. We feel this offer is legit and a very good offer. The Rockets have agreed to the terms of this extension as well.
year 1: 15 mil year 2: 16 mil year 3: 17 mil year 4: 18 mil ------------------ 66,000,000
4 years 66,000,000
Total salaries after contract: Year 1:$42,712,485 Year 2:$49.155.200 Year 3:$25.995.560 Year 4: $14,500,000

You need to list Houston's cap room, not yours, as you will not be the team that has Iggy's contract on your cap.
I dont believe Houston has the cap room to do this unless he is dealing you about 8 million in salaries in return.

He's dealing me more than 8 million dollars in cap but we're waiting on the exact situation to be resolved with other contracts before we can post his cap total. He's dealing me whatever he signed Delonte West for.

Alright.
Andre and I feel he is a special, special talent in this league and we would like to promote him as just that. Andre posses a skill set that only a few players in the league have. His 20 PPG, 5 RPG, 5 APG, & 2 SPG (IRL) show that he can do it all. Only 4 other players had similar numbers to his.
We feel he is worth more money than what is being offered here. We are looking for something between 65-70 million total in this buyers market.
