Miami Sends: (87) Josh Howard - $9,945,000 - $10,890,000 - $11,835,000 (81) Chris Kaman - $9,500,000 - $10,400,000 - $11,300,000 - $12,200,000 (79) Larry Hughes - $12,827,676 - $13,655,268
Total: $32,272,676 Salary Afterward: $57,252,401
Denver Sends: 82 Tyson Chandler--$10,950,000--$11,850,000--[red]$12,750,000[/red] 78 Shane Battier-- $6,373,900--$6,864,200--$7,354,500 71 Jason Kapono--3,000,000--3,000,000
Total: $20,323,900 Total Salary Afterward: $60,488,307
I know you guys probably think I'm trippin mad balls right now, but, I shall explain my plan
I was almost gonna trade Howard+Kaman for Battier+Chandler yesterday, but I decided to wait until today. I know I am losing significant talent in this deal, but I would rather have Battier and Chandler in my starting lineup than Howard and Kaman... just a personal preference, which I think will help me win.
Then today, I saw that Devin Harris is gonna be a FA... so I included Hughes and now I am putting myself back into the running for him
Hopeful Lineup: Harris-Allen-Battier-Boozer-Chandler
which i feel is better than: Hughes-Allen-Howard-Boozer-Kaman
I think defense wins championships, and I've been looking that that "intangibles" guy to make my lineup... and that guy is Shane Battier. Chandler is gonna be an improvement from Kaman, but just slightly. If I get a solid PG, then I feel I have a championship team, which Iw ouldnt have with Hughes/Howard
so yea... anyway, I accept

Ill accept this based on the sole fact that Harris will be a FA

I'll accept this. The salary clearing is a big reason I accept though. Hughes has always been overpaid and especially since he hasn't even been playing worth a damn IRL anymore, he's way overpaid. Basically only the salary thing that evens this out enough for me to accept.
Accept.

First of all, pretty sure Chandler was rescinded to an 82.
Second of all, I HATE this trade. The kind of value that u can get for Kaman AND Howard is absurd compared to Battier and Chandler. Yes, Chandler is great, but to be honest, Kaman isnt terrible. and Howard is much better than battier. Not to mention Hughes can DEF still play despite his high salary.
So I reject, much more can be had for the talent Miami is giving up, regardless of Miami thinking this is good

Being the man means the number since he's the number one opt on offense. Seattle is a prime example that defense can win you games. battier and Chandler brings that to the table. Plus signing Harris in this deal gives him a legit shot at championship. Plus i know the heats will throw money at harris since the pg startin spot is open i'm pretty such the pa will allow harris a shot at the tittle. The trade then breaks down to...harris,chandler,battier,kapono for Howard, kaman, hughes.

I accept. Howard is a bit overrated still, (btw, boosted rating) and with Dirk on his team, he still won't be able to be the #1 option on his team. I know what Miami has done, and trust what he can do. And, well, Denver gets better talent all-around.

I accept as well, value wise he can probably get more but I trust what Miami is doing. Battier is exactly the type of guy teams need to win championships, Miami also clears up 12 mil in cap to go after Harris.

Getting the cap space is the biggest part of this trade, with the ability to sign Harris Miami looks better after this trade so I accept
