The Raptors offer Sebastian Telfair
3 Years, 7,500,000
Year 1: 2,500,000 Year 2: 2,500,000 Year 3: 2,500,000 (Team Option)
The Toronto Raptors will like to report that Sebastian Telfair will NOT be returning with the Raptors, as we have found a partner/Team to trade him to, in a Sign and Trade deal. The Team he will be going to will be the Sacramento Kings. He will be the Starting Point Guard or at least fighting for the PG position with Mr. Jack. I think it's a great opportunity for him as he will be just a backup Point Guard on my team. I will show how much Salary Sacramento Kings has if Sebastian signs with him

My client doesn't like how his yearly salary decreased from this past season. Please make a counter offer totaling close to 10 million over 3 years.
He does like the idea about going to Sacramento and competing for a starting job, though. We just need to see a little more money.

Yea its not ideal, but he feels getting traded to the Kings and competing for a starting job kind of makes up for the lack of money.
We accept your offer pending the trade officially going through. If the trade is a no-go, my client will be hitting the free agent market and there is no amount of money that will keep him in TOR.

Telfair officially accepts as the trade has gone through. He is happy to be apart of the Kings.
