I accept..
Clearing more cap space. Webber is useless anyway. The pick wasn't doing much for me as I need to resign my two studs first.

I accept, I get the 13th pick while the Spurs get a little salary relief. Mobley/Webber was in there to make the salaries higher but I do like having a backup C in case Dyess opts out. I have someone in mind at 13 and if he's not there I'll probably trade it. I'm thinking about stacking contracts for 2 years from now (10/11 I believe) since I have Jefferies, Cardinal, and Battie who all expire that year. Good lucks and pleasure doing business as always.

Well the whole trade hinges on it, so if he didn't then

If webber opts out I don't accept as it'd be pointless to gain a few more million dollars.
Seattle so if you could rule on this that'd be helpful.

If Webber does opt out then A. the trade doesn't work B. Even if it did I wouldn't make him do this trade. Don't ask Webber if he wants to be a Bobcat, I don't really want him or anything. Just ask him if he wants to come back for the Spurs, if he does then we will do this trade if not then we'll do something else.

I accept. And Webber should be picking up his option, I asked Seattle about it, and he told me it would be picked up.

Okay if it starts getting passed too quick and Webber isn't retired, I'd like to have this trade on hold until my deal with the Pistons or the 4-way is resolved.

Trade is not approved until DET-CHA goes through, as CHA wouldn't have the cap space if this trade went through 1st.
Just a technicality
