Houston trades:
Tim Thomas (72) - $6,049,400 - $6,466,600 Joel Pryzbilla (67) - $6,310,150 - $6,857,725 - $7,405,300 Chi 2008 1st (4th overall)
total outgoing: $ 12,359,550 total incoming: $14,000,000
to Denver for
Mike Bibby (81) $14,500,000
total incoming: $ 12,359,550 total outgoing: $14,000,000
I accept I have no need for Bibby since i’m planning to take Rose. I do get two bad contracts but i have about 29 mill in cap even after this trade. I get a great bench player in Tim Thomas and a Back up in Joel. Also the 4th pick would help me get another quality player in the draft.

i accept, i do lose the fourth overall pick, but i also shed these two bad contracts. This gives me an extra 12.4 mil salary for my cap next year. This will enable me to pay J-Smoove, resign bogut next year, and go after a quality free agent. Bibby is a good veteran addition to this young squad, and we will look to resign him after this year is over.

I accept. Houston gets rid of two bad contracts and will have a lot more cap for next season's FA market which is projected to be very guard heavy, which is one of the weaknesses of the Rockets. Bibby should also help them win some games this season.
Denver gets another piece to build around in his youth movement. Nice deal

I accept. Houston gets a good PG, Denver takes on 2 bad contracts, but gets a pretty good pick to work with, along with Rose.
