Houston trades:
Shane Battier (78) - $6,373,900 - $6,864,200 - $7,354,500
total outgoing: $6,373,900 total incoming: $5,000,000
to Denver for
Aleksandar Pavlovic (69) - $5,000,000 - $5,000,000 Chi 2008 1st
total incoming: $6,373,900 total outgoing: $5,000,000
I accept, i lose a good wing defender and shooter in shane battier but i get a solid draft pick in compensation. Also have to take on pavlovic contract

Hmmm. I think Denver is overpaying to get rid of Pavlovic. I mean the guy's numbers are comparable to Battier and their the both same type of players, lock down defenders who can shoot the 3, good role players. The first rounder is giving too much IMHO. This was the other piece in the Yao trade that Denver wanted and now the trade is looking like Chandler, Battier for Yao, Scalabrine . At number 4, you can get a guy like Love, Westbrook, Gordon, Bayless, Gallinari who all have a pretty high ceiling. I'd like to hear from other CM's before I make my final decision

Contract wise shane is a steal also. Yes the #4 can get me love etc...but i think jeff green has a higher ceiling that love of westbrook. I have the 6th pick also.

I accept.
Battier is a great sim league player but with Pavlovic and Westbrook/Love/Gordon. I think he got pretty fair value for him, or at least fair enough to pass.

I'm gonna side with the "not bad enough to reject" or "good enough to pass"
Accept.
