7, 6, and 1? Joel Przybilla can put up those numbers. And why are you posting this in the West thead?
Seattle makes the changes, so whoever wants to argue back, does so, nothing would be official.

He blows in a sim league, but it's the intagibles and defense he gives us. I dunno how that's worth 5-6mil, but meh.

im satisfied with the ratings changes. i respect the decision of the sonics and his team. they make decisions based on stats/performance/logic so if they make a decision of dropping a player 4 rating places or 50 places. thats fine. great job on my team guys

1. MEM, Gary Payton isnt officialy retired. Same with Dale Davis. The Powe-Glen Davis arguement will be revisited. Sefolosha improved in every major statistical category and showed to be the Bulls best player for a strech of 2 months. Trust me, I would know being a huge Bulls fan. Felton didnt improve much as his numbers were hardly better than his previous season, playing more minutes. Hinrich had an awful season and digressed. Hinrich has benn the much better player over their respective careers and thats why he remains higher.
2. SAC, the game doesnt allow me to retire players. Thats why the best way to handle retired players in this league is to lower their ratings to 65 and below so they dont have close to 0 impact on the league.
3. IND, Andre Miller has been vastly underrated for the better part of hs career and im not just saying that becasue hes on my team. He is always in the top 5 in assists and last season he had one of his better seasons. He also shot close to 50% from the feild and for a guard thats outstanding.
4. Josh Boone had one "ok" season and cant make a free throw to save his life. David Lee is the far better player and has done it in back to back seasons. IMO, this isnt even an arguement.
5. HOU, I think Okafor is the wrong guy to comapre Bogut to. Statisticall, yes they may be very similar, but Okafor is the far better player as he is a dominant force on the defensive end. I look at Bogut as a poor mans Zydrunas Ilgauskas.
6. NJN, Camby can be revisited if enough people have a grief about him. Hes pretty much taken over for Ben Wallace as the best defensve player in the game. If you guys remember correctly, Ben Wallace was an 83 originally and he was that high just becasue of his defense. Camby can actually score to a certain degree. Iggy went down due to retrospect to the rest of the players int he league. He isnt an 88 and we all know it, know mater how good of a season he had. Its the same reason TD went up. He didnt do anything special last season, but when KG is all the way up at 97 and TD is at 91, its an issue as some may say TD is the better player.
7. No on Ryan Gomes and Perkins

Ok, so the Josh Boone - David Lee argument wasn't a good one
I still don't see how David Lee earns a 77
2006/2007: 10.7 ppg, 10.4 rpg, 1.8 apg, .8 spg, .4 bpg, 60% from field 2007/2008: 10.8 ppg, 8.9 rpg, 1.2 apg, .7 spg, .4 bpg, 55% from field
I don't think it is necessary to rate the 10/10 guys (Biedrins, Lee, Boone) so high anyway because they are all doign it on crappy teams with no rebounding. I wouldn't want any of the three to be above a 74, and if one of them was above a 74, I think Biedrins has earned it more than Lee has (better at defense)

Camby is great in D but common, he declined this year and original ratings sometimes sucks like Diaw had that 83 when he had 6th man....I dont think that I "true" bench player deserves more than 81 ....

Bogut is right up there with Okafor on D.....
Bogut had 9.8 rebs, 1.7 Blocks, 0.8 steals a game Okafor had 10.7 rebs, 1.7 Blocks, 0.76 rebs
There defensive statistics are almost identical...
Offensively Bogut had 14.3 pts, 2.6 asts Okafor had 13.8 pts, 0.9 asts
I totally dont understand this if you match up statistics and think of their game. Bogut averages more pts, assists, steals and has the same amount of blocks as okafor. The only thing okafor beats bogut in is rebounding. However, despite their similar positions and numbers- Okafor is rated 5 points higher than Bogut.
Using your theory of more "valuable" and "better defense" blah blah-which was just disproved using actual statistics...... Is he worth 5 points better? I dont think so

then what are we basing our rankings on? Stats or peoples opinions of how good players are.

then what are we basing our rankings on? Stats or peoples opinions of how good players are. listen if bogut gets a ratings boost, then someone else will complain that they want there player to be higher of bogut is, and the chain will go on and on if Bogut can do it consintintly he should get a ratings boost eventually
