Looks like Marbury might be on his way out of NY
The closer we get to tomorrow's free agency frenzy the more it looks like Stephon Marbury might find himself on the outside looking in. The Knicks are widely rumored to be on the verge of reaching a financial arrangement with Marbury that would free them of the troubled point guard, and his successor may already be waiting in the wings. Today numerous sources are saying that the Knicks are prepared to sign Chicago free agent Chris Duhon, who isn't a flashy choice but does have a strong background with his Duke experience and his reputation as a solid locker room guy.

I don't really pay much attention to this stuff really, but it'll be hard for him to pass up on getting paid over 20mil just to sit around.

BARON DAVIS OFFICIALLY A LOS ANGELES FLIPPER. sports.espn.go.com/nba/news/story?id=3470016I think he would have stayed with GSW for less money IF AND ONLY IF they had not offered Agent Zero the contract. I think B-Diddy got offended by that so he does the ultimate screw job on GSW, but this is a good move for him because he still gets his money AND he gets the long term contract he wanted. WELL one thing will suck for him getting their ass kicked 4 times instead of in the bay right across OUR HALL. I wonder how B-Diddy will feel about that knowing he is gonna get pounded by a team that literally OWNS STAPLES CENTER.

Dude dont deny it LAC acctually is going to have a good team Davis Gordon Thorton Brand Kaman I think that team could compete with the Lakers eaisly

IF BRAND, KAMAN, AND DAVIS CAN STAY HEALTHY, and seriously they are gonna be competitive, if you thought Nelson was a tough coach for B-Diddy to deal, wait till he gets a taste of Dunleavy.
I feel sorry for B-Diddy a little, I rather stay in GSW for less then join the Clippers, players joining the CLIPPERS SIGN A DEATH SENTENCE CLAUSE in their contract.
which means YOU'LL NEVER WIN WITH THE CLIPPERS, there's a reason why LAC has been in the lottery for 20+ years in 40-50 years they have existed while the Lakers have been there only 5 times in their 60 year franchise.
the Clippers WILL STILL END UP in the lottery, he would of been better of staying in GSW or convincing his BUDDY Brand to sign up with PHI and then joining him there when Brand is signed and PHI gets rid of Andre Miller.

Pretty big news right there. If only Davis had settled for MLE with the Blazers. ;D The Blazers' 2nd string would easily beat out some of the starting lineups out there. Bayless - Rudy - Webster/Outlaw - Frye - Przybilla

Brand hasn't resigned and since he opted out it is in his best interest to shop around.

MIAMI -- Rookie forward Michael Beasley did not finish his first practice with the Miami Heat summer league team Wednesday after being struck in the chest by a teammate's elbow.
The Heat said Beasley, the No. 2 overall pick in last week's NBA draft, was being taken for evaluation and had no details on the extent of the injury.
