i have a question for all bulls fans here, why do u guys want rose? dont you have hinrich already Essentially, Hinrich has worn out his welcome here in Chicago. He hasn't improved at all in the 5 years hes been here. And you see that the NBA is slowly turning into a PG's game. Im at the point where I wouldn't mind either pick. If we take Beasley. 1 of Gooden/Tyrus Thomas gets traded. If we take Rose. 1 of Hinrich/Gordon/Hughes gets traded. BUT SEA, in reality it's not Hinrich's fault that Skiles was his Head Coach. It was not his fault that Chandler did not improve and Curry was a SLOB. It was not his fault that he does not have a solid bigman, it's not his fault John Paxson moronically drafted Thomas and Noah INSTEAD OF Aldridge and Hawes WHO HAS OFFENSIVE SKILLS. if Hinrich had those, his Assist would be higher, and his Assist-Turnover ratio would be MUCH LOWER.

I want to see either Miami or Chicago to trade so they can get both the 1 and 2 picks. It's obviously highly unlikely, but something like:
Hinrich, Gordon or/and Gooden for the #2 + some way to make salaries work.
Either way, having a lineup with Rose, Hughes, Nocioni, Beasley, Noah would be set for the future (Especially after you get rid of Hughes' contract)

Wasn't Rose 6'1 w/o shoes. Not sure they need another undersized guard.

Was it really true that the Bulls were considering trading the pick for Wade Seattle? IMO, if Rose and Beasley live up to the hype, that duo in Miami wouldn't even be fair. Wade would generate a ton more fanfare in Chi-Town, but I don't think he really has enough pieces to win anything there.

I like wade, but im worried about his reoccurring injuries.

I don't think it's worth it, Wade is a attack the basket and drive it in type player, so he is gonna end up in the FT or the IR.
I think IF ANYTHING, the Bulls should contact the Clippers for Elton Brand, ESPICIALLY if Maggette leaves.
if Magette leaves then LAC might want to re-build, but if he stays then the trade is no good.
but LAC might want the pick if he does, so they can get Rose and Love (7th pick) on the team
while CHI finally gets the big they want, trade Gooden and his contract with Cedric Simmons for Eddy Curry and finally they have a decent front-line.
obviously salary will be an issue in the trade, so they can move BG in a sign and trade to LAC, or trade Larry Hughes away with a filler to LAC, who LAC will prolly want with Mobley in the final year of his contract.
sooo
PG Hinrich/ re-sign Duhon OR try to get Pargo to come back to CHI SG Gordon/Thabo SF Deng/Noicioni PF Brand/Thomas C Curry/Noah
so you would have a decent team with that, and you HAVE Shannon Brown and Aaron Gray AS your 11th and 12th man on the team.

You dont have to be tall to dominate the game at the PG position. He also can't shoot and disappears in games. I like Rose and think he could be the next great guard but he has some holes before he gets there while Beasley gives the Bulls something they've needed since as long as I can remember.

Also the trade would have been Wade and the 2nd for the 1st and something. The Bulls would have got Wade and the 2nd pick. The feeling is that Rose is a more durable Wade and much less expensive too. Although that was one of many rumors.
