why do you all have mayo going to seattle? that makes no sense to me since they have durant and green at the 2/3, they need a pg and would take bayless in my opinion. I could see Mayo slipping down to NYK if minnesota doesn't take him, that would be sick. and beasley should be #1.

I JUST SEE IT, it's just gonna happen OJ Mayo will go to NYK, it's just gonna happen.
now there are a few other possibilities with these draft picks I could see with other teams.
I think LAC should trade Elton Brand (ONLY IF MAGGETTE LEAVES) if he stays then good, and if I am MIA I would lure them with the second pick (if it's Rose)
a team of Brand, Marion, and Wade should be DANGEROUS in the LEASTERN conference, hey if BOS can get the best record with the big 3, then this big 3 should be a top 5 team in the East.
If I am NYK, THIS is the perfect time to get rid of Z-Bo and Eddy Curry.
here are few trade proposals I have for NY,
Z-Bo and 6th pick for Rashad McCants, Antoine Walker and the 3rd pick, it should be beneficial to both teams.
Antoine Walker has a TO next year, so NYK could dump him and get a replacement big in Brooks Lopez, while MIN adds Z-Bo at Center and moves Jefferson back to PF, WITH a chance to draft Danilo Gallinari, completing their starting 5 and begin their re-tooling post KG era.
Then NYK should trade Eddy Curry BACK TO CHICAGO for Drew Gooden and Cedric Simmons, IF they select Rose, and even if they select Beasley they might want to pair him up with another big that can take pressure off him down low, for CHI they get 2 good bigs with Beasley and Curry, and with the shooters and slashers they have this team could be devestating this year.
We know why the Knicks need to do it.
We could also see a team such as GSW move up with Davis being a FA. Also keep the possibility that MIL might trade Redd away if Eric Gordon is available and they select him.

If Seattle doesn't take Mayo, they'd probably take Bayless, but I just have them going there since Mayo could possibly be play PG in the NBA.

1. Chicago Bulls - Michael Beasley SF Kansas State The Bulls have to take Beasley. They will not make the playoffs and do damage unless they have an inside presence and Beasley is that and more. Think Brand with an outside game. 2. Miami Heat - Derrick Rose PG Memphis Even though Wade can be a point guard he is better suited at the 2 and focusing on scoring instead of distributing. Rose could have a Chris Paul affect on the Heat next year and should only get better. Even though Rose solves a lot of problems for them they may shop this pick. I wouldn't be surprised if Elton Brand wound up in Miami. 3. Minnesota Timberwolves - OJ Mayo SG USC Minnesota began the big revamp with the KG trade last year and will continue it with this pick. Plugging Mayo into the starting PG spot will instantly help them. Mayo-Foye-Brewer-Gomes-Jefferson would help them win a few more games next year and if they can add another player or two they could challenge for the 8th spot in the West. 4. Seattle Supersonics - Brook Lopez C Stanford With the Robert Swift/Johan Petro/Kurt Thomas/Sene experiments failing, the Sonics need a center that can play and will be around for Durant's prime. Lopez gives them an inside presence and if Collison can come back they will have four good to great starters. This team could be competitive in the 09-10 season if they go this rout. Rest of the lotto later...

More for the 2nd round, but here's Yahoo's Draft Stock Watch. Lester Hudson's a guy Blazer fans are drooling over as a 2nd round selection to be their prospect PG that could develop into their starter. The dude did have a quadruple-dub this year. ;D Yahoo Mock Draft

i have a question for all bulls fans here, why do u guys want rose? dont you have hinrich already Essentially, Hinrich has worn out his welcome here in Chicago. He hasn't improved at all in the 5 years hes been here. And you see that the NBA is slowly turning into a PG's game. Im at the point where I wouldn't mind either pick. If we take Beasley. 1 of Gooden/Tyrus Thomas gets traded. If we take Rose. 1 of Hinrich/Gordon/Hughes gets traded.

Yeah they have Gordon but he plays his best as a 6th man and he is going to want around $8 mill+ per season and thats way too much for a bench player

I still don't understand taking Rose. Sure he could be a great player but Beasley is already a better shooter than he is and is freakish enough to be able to dominate on the defensive end. His rebounding is already good if not great. Rose on the other hand isn't a good shooter and doesn't have the game to game consistency to take over games when needed. He disappeared for entire halves in college and someone that good just can't.
