While my client does like playing for a winning team he believes he is worth more then the league minimum, if you can gain the cap space you can try and give another offer

what about i make it a $1,000,000 extension for 1 year and i will use some of the money from the MLE if its possible?

he said i can split up the MLE of 5 million among players
and im gonna be using 1 million from the MLE so i think its ok

My client doesn't like having his salary cut in half of what he should earn, if thats the best offer he can get he will be entering free agency.
