Utah gets: Kyle Korver
Philly Gets: Gordan Giricek 1st round pick
This is a great trade for the Jazz. They didn't have ANY three-point shooters before this trade.

I say this is a better trade for Phily, if the Jazz keeps struggling Phily will have 2 lottery picks their own and the Jazz.
but the Jazz finally has a real SG, Almond is a rookie, and Brewer is more like a 6th man, so getting Korver was the right move for the Jazz.

Brewer has been playing well. Benching him would be a mistake.

Brewer has been playing well. Benching him would be a mistake. True. But they aren't winning games with Brewer in the lineup. I think the addition of Korver as a perimeter shooter improves them a lot. Now they have Brewer and Milsap, who can bring energy, of the bench.

I like it for the Jazz more, but if the Jazz keep playing like this, Philly will have a great off-season.

this helps my sixers because they now have 4 million more to spend this offseason and another 1st rounder in the future. this is a great trade for both teams

i think philly is getting the better deal, they get an ok player AND a first round pick which could endup being a high one...

Utah's pick will never be in the lottery IMO and after celtics-jazz game I believe that they have a 3-point shoote : Mehmet Okur ;D
