He's gonna be a FA this off-season and the Raps might trade him, he's gonna be asking for a 8 mil per year contract so the Raps would be investing 16 mil on both PG's (Ford and Calderon).
So here's my question, who would your favorite team give up for Calderon?

I think he's ok but I wouldn't break the bank for him. I want to see if he can actually be a starter for all 82 games before I pay him 8 million a year.
Im a bulls fan so:
Id give up duhon and a 2nd round pick

I don't know, I'd say Javaris Crittenton for Calderon.
Crittenton is a hybrid G, and Farmer might soon become trade bait the way he is playing (doubt that's going to happen and I hope it doesn't cause Farmer is a stud)
Calderon and Farmer could create a nice speedy Guard attack.
sort of like the Illini did or had with Luther Head, Dee Brown, and Deron Williams.

I don't know if Crittenton would be enough, its a good start though, the Raps don't really need a PG back, maybe a rental one for 1-2 years, Don't know if any of you have heard of him but Roko Ukic is coming over and has Calderon potential.

Portland would probably trade Jack, Frye and a lotto protected '09 1st.

Calderon Roy Mayo Aldridge Oden thats nasty Lol, I don't think Portland would trade for Calderon if we could draft Rose/Mayo/Gordon and maybe Bayless/Collison. One of them would play PG and we would use our big '09 FA money for a SF or whatever KP wanted.

Eric Gordon is a undersized SG, he would never play PG in the pros.
and where's the love for Ty Lawson, Drew Neiztal, DJ Augustin, and Greg Paulaus, and last but not least Scottie Reynolds.

Lawson blows. He is not an NBA point guard. Hes a more built version of Dee Brown, who is now playing in Turkey. You wanna talk about undersized? Neitzal = undersized even for a pg. DJ Augustin is good, real good. I like him a lot. Paulus will never play in the NBA. Poor mans Dan Dickau. Last but not least Reynolds He will not play the point in the NBA. Doesn't have the vision nor does have the passing skills to do so. He can get by playing the point in college but not in the pros.

Mayo could play the point and he's def not undersized for a pg. I wouldn't trade for Calderon. All he has shown is he can split time with Ford. He's a good backup and spot starter imo but that is it.

Bulls could use him now. Hinrich is quickly becoming a head case and Duhon is good for 15 minutes a game max. If they added Calderon and Gasol they would make the playoffs this year.

Gordon needs to go (too streaky) and so does Hinrich. A change of scenery would be good for both. They also NEED a low post player like Gasol. That would fix a lot of their problems.

Did you say Gordon? Portland offers their '08 1st, Jack, McRoberts, and Green for him. Something like that. ;D

I'd rather have Jack at point than either Gordon, Duhon, or Hinrich.

I'd rather have Jack at point than either Gordon, Duhon, or Hinrich. I agree. That 08 1st would also be nice even though it be in the 21-25 range. Its a deep draft folks. Hell, throw in Martell Webster and I'd do that deal Utah.
