the league admin has decided that all teams with players whose contracts contain player options should change it into a team option

and all those teams who have players with contracts containing qualifying offers should eliminate that year completely

for example:

Look at johan petro. his 4th year will be eliminated since his 4th year is a qualifying offer. So the last year of his contract is the 2008-09 year.
