We've seen them succeed alongside each other but what will happen if you put another future hall-of-famer in the PG position?
The Los Angeles Lakers have made big moves this offseason by finally getting that PG this team desperately needs. Allen Iverson the 2005 scoring champion will now join the 2006 scoring champion kobe bryant in trying to regain that laker glory which was celebrated in the past.
The Lakers then traded for some young talent in this year's draft by trading away some role players that didnt really help the team last season this will be a big help to the lakers to bring in some new talent to mix in with the veterans that will be leading this team to victory.
And as we all know that behind every great team, there is a great big man and the lakers knew who to get. They got someone who demands the ball, someone who does not let anyone get in his way and that player is the same player who gave them 3 titles in a 3peat
you all know who im talking about, its the Big Diesel Shaquille O'neal. The future Hall-of-Famer has shown that he can still lead a team to winning a championship when he did it with the miami heat in the 06 season.
this team looks like its a title contender but there are questions that still remain on how this team will do by the time the regular season comes.
Will AI and Kobe coexist and start playing team basketball?
Will Shaq stay healthy for most of the season?
Will the bench step up when needed?
these are the questions that the lakers have to answer in order to become a great team.
