sports.espn.go.com/golf/news/story?id=4927694I'd like to say few things about this. 1. People that are criticizing him (NOT YOU GUYS) but people that are need to get off his back, he does not owe an apology to ANYONE except for his FAMILY for his Marital Affairs. 2. I thought this whole thing was scripted EXCEPT the whole throw the media under the bus (I think that's genuine from Tiger.) 3. Last but not least, now that this whole mess is over for NOW, I think he will finally come back with a vengeance at the Masters.

I think this was genuine Tiger. I liked what he said.. He was completely right on everything he said.

He did a great Job and he is right about the media. But Tiger needs to realize with fame your life is going to be under a microscope. I think he did do a good job and people need to get over it.

I think most of it was actually Tiger. And good Tiger at that. It would've been more concise and have better quality if it were scripted, but for a no-script, it was good and honest.

I don't know SAS and Utah, I like Tiger and think people should get off Tiger for what he did (I mean people would be lying to themselves if they haven't thought about infidelity atleast ONCE.)
But Tiger's a pretty private guy, he's a Stanford grad, and I just didn't get that vibe from him that he was really being as apologetic as he was to the public (which I have no problem with, I am sure he has apologized to his wife and family a million times now in private.)
But all in all scripted or not, Tiger handled this well, kudos to Tiger for coming out accepting his mistake and moving on, a lot of guys with steroids with infidelities with murder have dodged the issue a LOT.
But Tiger took stayed patient, took his time to think what he is going to say, and he said it.
Now for Tiger to come back and destroy everyone in the Masters (specifically Ernie Els and Jasper Parnevik.)

Yeah, I'm really getting sick of commentators judging the apologies. They apologized, get over it and move on.

Yeah, I'm really getting sick of commentators judging the apologies. They apologized, get over it and move on. Agreed. ESPN is making this whole big event out of this presser. Trying to analyze and hang on every word. They were even talking about how when the camera went out, and if it was good for the speech or not. What a joke. He apologized, its over.

I actually enjoy them talking about that stuff on the camera transition as I'm a huge fan of Speeches.. But as far as them being redundant and overshowing it.. yeah.

I think it was definitely scripted, and i felt he was pretty emotionless. But, he shouldn't even have to speak to the media. This is all personal business.

Meh, he shouldn't even have to be apologizing, what goes on in his personal life is none of our business.
