Knicks
Incoming: - '08 First Round Draft pick
Outgoing: - Amir Johnson (60) - $500,000
Projected Salary: - $70,496,990
_______________________________________________________
Spurs
Outgoing: - '08 First Round Draft Pick
Incoming: - Amir Johnson (60) - $500,000
Projected Salary: - $61,733,502
_______________________________________________________
Reasoning: I get a first round draft pick in next year's draft..so I get to further my attempt at sculping the team that I want to have. _______________________________________________________
Note about the trade: San Antonio has 2 (two) first round draft picks in the '08 draft. We agreed that I shall receive the lower of the two picks.
Ex. - At season's end, if he had the 8th and 21st pick...I would receive the 21st pick. _______________________________________________________
Thanks everyone!

Did Seattle say anything about not trading? If not it looks good except the Spurs are over the cap. I'll wait for Seattle.

I thought the cap situation was irrelevant because the move would be lowering my salary?
..And Yes..SAS still needs to post. He has agreed through PM, but he hasn't posted for whatever reason.

It's listed on the posted trade that you are and New York has to fix that.

the worst player you could probably draft is a 64 in the 1st round, so it seems slightly unfair to me. Amir could be a player you just really have a thing for, I'm just worried that this ends up being like trading Amir for the 15th pick or something, which will be 10 points higher rated for him. I just personally don't think it's a fair trade with the potential for how good that pick can be, even if its the lower of the two picks.

Eh. Amir has a low salary, and SAS likes him a pretty good amount. I'd like to restructure the deal with him, though. The negotiations were pretty smooth. I'm sure we can reach a good agreement with both sides still getting what they want.
