Dick Farley. Farley of the Syracuse Nationals fouled out of the game against the St. Louis Hawks on March 12, 1956 in only 5 minutes. Regardless of Farley's quick fouls and only scoring 3 points, the Nationals won 97-92.

Travis Knight had 6 fouls in 6 minutes in a playoff game but I don't think that is the right answer...I remember this but I can't remember the players' name
