Didn't my offer go a full day without any others?

By the date and time of each post it has Clevelands first offer on July 6th at 8:10pm and the next post (from LAC) on July 7 at 9:08pm so I'd say that's a full 24 hours for Clevelands offer so I think he should go to him.

Wasn't sure exactly how we were going about it with how little activity there has been in the league. Figured a player would want more money so I went ahead and offered.
Clippers up their offer again.
Year 1: $3,000,000 Year 2: $1,000,000 Year 3: $1,500,000 Year 4: $1,500,000 Year 5: $1,500,000
Total: $8,500,000
