ALL WE NEED IS ODOM COMING BACK, and we easily have the best off-season just doing one move.
BTW as crazy as it sounds TOR AND PHI
I would GET RID OF BARGS for Marc Gasol, he is prolly pissed right now with Z-Bo taking his spot and will probably threaten MEM to trade him or he goes to Europe.
Bargs to me is overrated, their is NO REASON ON EARTH a 7 ft. should not avg. atleast 8 RPG, he does not even get 6 or 7 a game, what's his career high 5.5 RPG I think.
Marc Gasol is a banger (NO HOMO) down low and is a guy that can make a difference on the boards and on defense, he it sucks you lose the shooting but you have Bosh, Calderon DeRozan, and Hedo for it.

As of now no way LA deserves it(maybe if they get odom), I think SA just got RJ for nothing so they are ahead of them, but my vote is of course for the Pistons lol. They replaced AI and Sheed with BG and CV plus sounds like they got Avery Johnson coming in, and could re-sign Dyess. But again maybe just a homer pick.

Forget about the Detroit brawl, I mean really...I get your a homer BUT THAT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH BEING A PISTONS FAN! Anyone that has been in a situation like that (fans trying to mess with you) knows that it's really hard to keep your cool, Artest was trying. Sure he blew up, but it's not the way people make it out to be...I saw the thing live. A GUY THREW A f**kING BEER ON HIM! If anyone should hate on him for it, it would be Pacers fan...that event screwed their franchise up to this day. I like RJ, but Artest is A LOT better than RJ, Ariza, or Odom. It was basically a Artest for Ariza trade, Odom is in the same position he was in before (take MLE or go somewhere else.) The Spurs messed up their 2010 chances, idk if it was as good as people think.

Trade Bargs for Gasol? are you high lol, i bet the only reason why the raptor keep Jay as there head coach because Bargs loved him and played very well under his style of play. If Bosh leaves (i hope not) Bargs will be the star on the team as weird as that sounds. Rumor has it, BC is trying to trade some more money IE humps, to try and sign Marion. If BC pulls this off, im going to praise him lol
Calderon - Hedo - Marion - Bosh - Bargs !!!!!!!!! but the likely chances of that happening is 1 out of a million :/

Hedo at SG? Not everyday you see a 6-10 starting SG. Marion wants 10M a year, no way we can clear that much without moving a core player.

hedo signing is great, u finally get bosh help and a player that can do it all. Marion was sick but his jumper was suspect, hedo brings the total package. He's not the fastest guy in the world but he finds a way to get it done. Marion is done in toronto unless a miracle happens. jose-derozen-hedo-bosh-bargs.

Apparently, Marion - Stackhouse S&T in the works. sports.espn.go.com/nba/news/story?id=4310011I would cry if that happened. Would give us some wing depth and the MLE to use!

Wasn't he going to get that with Portland anyways? Little less money, but whatever, I was happy he was gonna sign, relieved now he didn't. I've got my eyes set on a bigger prize.

ohhh so if raptors do this we are able to afford more players or something? I don't want to go into semantics and detail by detail so I'll try to keep it simple and sweet. the MLE is an exception that is used ONLY AND ONLY by teams that are above the salary cap, this is to give teams a chance to sign players to their roster if they are WAAAAY over the cap and can't sign players to their team unless it's for minimum salary or by draft picks. Teams under the cap cannot use the MLE at all, even if you sign a FA, and you hit the cap limits, if your under the salary keep by even $500, you can't use the MLE. so in simple terms this is their way of signing players while they are over the cap.
