So everybody knows I'm a Bucs fan..
I have yet to make an official point of my team's pick yet.
I'll go out on a limb and say I like it.
We're addressing issues in this draft; QB was the biggest and now we went DL in the 3rd.
I'd like to see who we get in the 4th and 5th before making an overall grade. So far I'd give us a B+

I hate to say this as I am an avid Patriots hater but what a draft.
Patrick Chung (S) Ron Brace (DT) Darius Butler (CB) Sebastian Vollmer (T) Brandon Tate (WR) Tyrone McKenzie (OLB) Rich Ohrnberger (G) George Bussey (T) Jacob Ingram (LS) Myron Pryor (DT) Julian Edelmen (WR) Darryl Richard (DT)
I don't know much about the late picks but Chung, Brace, Vollmer, Butler, and Tate could all contribute next year. Tate is a steal as he is electric in the open field and not only started to come into his own as a WR (before the injury) last year but he is just sick on returns (think Hester). Butler could step in and start or be the nickel corner and also could help in the return game. Chung may not be as heralded as the other safeties in the class but he is a hitter that can play the pass. Brace will at least give the D-line some depth and could get a decent amount of playing time his rookie season. I even like Ohrnberger and as a Penn State fan I saw a lot of his games. He isn't the most athletic but could be groomed as a long term answer at guard although he probably will be a solid backup. This was a very Patriots draft as is wasn't flashy but will yield results on the field.

His injury will limit him for two years. Don't; be surprised if he is on the PUP list and out for the year. That's what I'm saying.

It will have been 22 months by the start of the 2010 season since his injury. He may not be 100% back but 80% is good enough to shred opposing special teams.
