What happens if it's a tie jw? Has never happened thus far, but if it did, Id choose an experienced GM to vote on the trade. The vote would Probably go to Houston or Boston. |

This trade for me really comes down to the Spurs side of things. Philly I think in everybody's opinion wins the deal, CHA gets rid of a SF that he has stated he didn't want, PHX doesn't get great value for Artest but he does get 2 capable starters for 1. Not exactly sure what the Spurs are getting out of this deal if they keep Varejao. However, I will accept this deal. With Varejaos contract instead of Scolas they have the option to opt out and save close to 8 mil in cap space for this off season which could be big for a rebuilding team.
